【摘 要】：目的：研究一次性根管治疗应用在乳牙牙髓根尖周病的临床效果。方法：将2019年2月～2020年2月我院收治的78例乳牙牙髓根尖周病患儿作为研究对象，按照随机原则将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组39例患儿，对照组患儿采用的是传统治疗方法，观察组患儿采用一次性根管治疗方法。对比分析两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、无疼痛患儿比例均显著高于对照组。结论：在乳牙牙髓根尖周病患儿的治疗中使用一次性根管治疗方法，能够有效避免多次治疗操作，且治疗效果显著，值得推广。
