【摘 要】目的：探讨对行内镜下取出小儿上消化道异物的护理干预策略。方法：回顾性分析接收的26例择期行内镜下异物取出的患儿为研究对象，对所用患儿均进行内镜下取异物操作，且配合有效的护理干预。结果：26例患儿内镜下手术操作均顺利进行，术后无严重并发症发生，患儿预后良好。结论：对小儿上消化道异物，在行内镜下取出异物的操作中，实施合理的护理配合可取得满意效果，值得推广。
