【摘 要】：目的：探讨消化道异物的处理方式和消化道穿孔的治疗，防范措施以及预后。方法：回顾性分析多篇文献关于消化穿孔的报道，探究对消化道穿孔的诊疗经过及相关文献。结果：消化道出现异物后，及早干预并及早的处理并发症能够有效地助力患者康复。结论：消化道异物是导致消化道穿孔的常见原因之一，它主要发生于小儿和老年人当中，发生后常伴随休克，感染等多种严重的并发症，及早的发现和治疗能够极大的提高本病的预后，采取正确治疗方式尤为关键。
