【摘 要】目的：探究异体脱细胞真皮基质对烧伤后期瘢痕整形的修复效果。方法：将2018年1月-2020年1月100例烧伤后期瘢痕整形，以分段随机化法分组，对照组自体中厚皮片治疗，实验组异体脱细胞真皮基质治疗，分析2组治疗的结果。结果：实验组皮片成活率高于对照组，其二次手术率低于对照组，P<0.05;实验组术后瘢痕评分低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：烧伤后期瘢痕整形患者接受异体脱细胞真皮基质治疗，可获得较好的效果。
