【摘 要】目的：分析优化胃早癌围术期患者生活质量和负性情绪的心理护理对策。方法：对我院2019年1月至12月收治32例胃早癌手术患者进行护理研究，以入院登记簿随机分组，常规组予以常规护理，研究组实施针对性心理护理，依据护理结局对心理护理展开评价。结果：组间比较，研究组抑郁、焦虑评分更低，生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：针对性心理护理可满足胃早癌手术患者心理訴求，是改善病态思维模式和生活质量的可靠措施。
