【摘 要】：目的：探讨标准大骨瓣开颅手术治疗重型创伤性颅脑损伤效果。方法：选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的100例重型创伤性颅脑损伤患者作为本次研究入组对象，采用随机数字表随机分为标准大骨瓣开颅手术组和常规骨瓣开颅手术组，每组各50例，对比两组治疗效果。结果：标准大骨瓣开颅手术组治疗后GOS评分、治疗有效率均优于常规骨瓣开颅手术组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：标准大骨瓣开颅手术治疗重型创伤性颅脑损伤效果显著，可以有效改善患者术后生活质量，值得临床推广使用。
