摘 要：目的：观察以针刺为主结合双内关穴位注射法治疗呃逆患者的临床疗效。方法：用针刺法配合电针，在此基础上加用局部穴位注射疗法治疗，评估临床疗效。结果：总例数32例，临床治愈29例，临床治愈率90.6%；有效2例，有效率为6.25%；无效1例，3.12%；总有效率为96.82%。结论：采用针刺法配合双内关穴位注射法治疗呃逆，能明显改善患者症状，缩短起效时间，减轻患者痛苦。

    Abstract：Objective:We applied acupuncture and point injection with a double in the relevant method to observe the treatment of refractory hiccup clinical efficacy.Method: Acupuncture treatment group with the EA, in this based on the use of local point injection therapy, acupuncture and electroacupuncture group therapy,we try to find the assessment of clinical efficacy.Result: the cure group was super. Conclusion: With acupuncture and point injection with a double off approach in the treatment of refractory hiccups, can significantly improve symptoms and shorten the onset time, reduce patient′s suffering.
