摘 要：目的：熟悉肺心病合并冠心病的临床特点，了解护理对策。方法：分析近10年来的有关文献,综述肺心病合并冠心病的临床特点，总结护理方案。结果：心绞痛的发生率减少，发作程度减轻，对自己疾病知识知晓率增高。结论：冠心病的护理工作中，熟悉病史，分类护理，加强心理护理和健康教育可起到较好效果。

    Clinical Analysis and nursing of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Coronary Heart Disease

    Abstract：Objectivefamiliar with the characteristics of clinical treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Coronary Heart Disease, understanding the nursing countermeasures.Methods to analyze the past 10 years of relevant literature review the clinical characteristics of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Coronary Heart Disease, summarizes the nursing scheme. Results the incidence of angina pectoris decrease, attack the extent lighter, to oneself disease of knowledge about heighten. Conclusions it is effective to be familiar with the disease history, classification nursing, strengthen the psychological nursing care and health education in Coronary heart disease nursing work.
