摘 要:目的：探讨中心静脉导管在胸腔积液引流患者中的应用效果及护理体会。方法：回顾性分析72例应用中心静脉导管进行胸腔引流患者的临床资料，并总结护理要点。结果：72例患者均1次置管成功，1例结核性胸腔积液患者在置管后第2d出现导管堵塞，未发生导管相关性感染、导管阻塞及导管脱出等并发症。结论：应用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液，具有操作方便、患者体位舒适、对置管局部刺激少等优点；严格无菌穿刺，术后保持引流通畅、固定良好、密切观察引流液颜色及量的变化、及时处理并发症是保证引流成功的关键。

Abstract:Objective ：To evaluate the effects of catheter for patients with plural effusion and to summarize nursing experiences.Methods： Seventy-two patients with plural effusion were treated with application of catheter.Clinical materials were retrospectively analyzed and the key points of nursing were summarized.Results： Operations were successful in all patients.Clog of catheter occurred in one patients with plural effusion at the second day of catheter insertion.The rest of the catheters were patent.
