苯磺酸氨氯地平片对治疗老年性高血压疗效观察

摘要：目的:观察络活喜(苯磺酸氨氯地平片)治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的老年性高血压病人84例，每日晨起口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5mg，一日一次，最大剂量10mg/d，疗程为4周，观察病人服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片后血压的变化和不良反应。结果：治疗4周后，血压由(168.2士15.1)/(106.3士9.2)mmHg下降至(134.2士10.6)/(83.0士7.8)mmHg，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，显效67例(79.76%)，有效15例(17.85%)，总有效率为97.61%，不良反应发生率为2.38%。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年性高血压有效、安全、依从性好。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of Norvasc (amlodipine besylate tablet) on senile hypertension.
