摘要：采用回顾性分析方法，对我院2008年1月至2010年9月收集到的132例ADR进行统计分析。结果ADR的发生女性和男性相当；以静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR占90.15%；抗菌药物引起的ADR占56.82%；中药制剂引发的ADR占22.73%；ADR临床表现以皮肤、消化系统损害为最常见。

Abstract：A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to September 2010 collected 132 cases of ADR for statistical analysis. The results of the occurrence of ADR rather women and men; means administration by intravenous infusion accounted for 90.15% ADR-induced; ADR caused by antibiotics accounted for 56.82%; ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine preparations accounted for 22.73%; ADR clinical manifestations of the skin, digestive system damage the most common.

近年来，随着药品种类、剂型、临床用药量的不断增加，药品不良反应(ADR)和药源性疾病呈上升趋势。其带来的危害性已经受到社会的广泛关注。通过对我院2008年1月至2010年9月收集到的132例ADR进行统计分析，了解我院ADR的发生特点，为临床合理用药提供参考，促进临床合理用药，减少药害事件的发生。
