夜磨牙治疗前后咀嚼效率的比较分析

摘要：本文通过对24例夜磨牙患者的病史询问，临床体征及治疗过程的检查，并计算出其治疗前后的咀嚼效率。结果表明：①大多数患者的咀嚼效率高于正常，但同时伴有颞牙合关节疼痛症状的患者则低于正常。②经治疗后咀嚼效率均向正常值接近。③导致咀嚼效率偏高的主要原因是牙接触面积增大、咀嚼肌功能亢进致牙合力偏大。
