[摘要]目的：探讨胸外科患者围手术期心理特点级护理干预影响。方法：选择我院26例胸外科患者，对其进行心理疏导及良好护理干预。结果：经过综合及心理干预，52例均于术后8～15d痊愈出院。结论：合理的护理方法和心理干预可以提高心胸外科护理水平。

    [Abstract]Abstract: To discuss thoracic surgery patient encircles the surgery time psychology characteristic level nursing intervention influence. Method: Chooses my courtyard 26 example thoracic surgery patient, carries on psychological unblocking and the good nursing intervention to it. Finally: After synthesis and psychological intervention, 52 examples after the technique 8~15d is discharged. Conclusion: The reasonable nursing method and the psychological intervention may raise the heart surgical nursing level.
