[摘要]目的：探讨运城市人群中的中青年高脂血症的患病情况。方法：对1060例20～45岁运城市居民的血浆用“酶法”进行了检测，并分组进行分析。结果：总发病率为24.15%，其中男性为16.50%，女性为7.64%。并且男女总患病率、男女之间相同年龄组、同性别不同年龄组之间的患病情况χ2检验，P<0.01，有统计学差异。高甘油三酯血症占所有患病类型的50%以上。结论城市中青年已有相当高的高脂血症患病率，男性发病显著高于女性。高甘油三酯血症最易发生。

[ABSTRACT]0bjective To analysis the prevalence of Young-and Mid-Aged hyperlipidemia population in yuncheng city. Methods A total of 1060 residents(between aged 20 and 45 years old) in yuncheng city whoes blood plasma were studied by enzymic method， grouping were analyzed.
