[摘要]目的：探讨经皮肾镜手术治疗脓肾合并肾结石的临床疗效。方法：对采用经皮肾镜手术治疗15例脓肾合并肾结石患者的资料进行分析。结果：13例手术成功，2例肾功能丧失后肾切除，手术时间60-120min术中出血30-150ml，平均100ml术后住院7-14d.4例随访3-18月，均无结石复发。结论：经皮肾镜手术治疗肾结石合并脓肾安全、有效、微创，值得推广。

    [Abstract ]Objective： To evaluate percutaneous treatment of renal abscess surgery the clinical efficacy of kidney with kidney stones.

    Methods： Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with 15 cases of surgical treatment of septic patients with kidney with kidney stones were analyzed. Results： The operation was successful in 13 cases， 2 cases of loss of renal function after nephrectomy， surgical time， blood loss during 60-120min 30-150ml， 100ml mean postoperative hospital stay was 7-14d.4 patients were followed up 3-18 months， no stone recurrence.
