[摘要]目的：探讨乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法：记录2006年4月至2009年10月对36例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病例的临床资料，体检结合辅助检查进行手术前定位，良性肿瘤行乳腺区段切除术.结果：34例术后病理证实均为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤，乳腺癌2例，随访8个月～3年，无1例重新出现乳头溢液。结论：治疗本病仍应以区段切除为主。术前需行乳腺彩超及乳腺钼靶检查确诊，但仍需要术中行快速冰冻切片病理检查以明确诊断指导手术及治疗。

    [abstract]objective: to study the intraductal papilloma diagnosis and surgical treatment. Methods: a record 2006 years. April to October 2009 of 36 patients with intraductal papilloma cases, combined with the clinical data of physical examination of auxiliary examination before surgery, benign mammary gland positioning line. Conclusion: treatment of this disease still should give priority to segment resection. Preoperative need to do color dopplar ultrasound mammary gland, and breast molybdenum target tests identified, but still need bank was quick frozen section pathologic examination in order to make clear the diagnosis and treatment of guidance surgery. ......
