[摘要]目的：探讨特发性脊柱側弯畸形患者的护理。方法：回顾分析2005年10月至2011年5月我科收治了10例“特发性脊柱側弯”患者的临床资料。结果：10例特发性脊柱侧弯患者经手术治疗后，通过精心护理均未发生任何并发症。结论：对特发性脊柱側弯畸形的患者应加强心理护理，做好术前准备，肺功能训练，皮肤护理做好体位及饮食护理，重视术后功能锻炼及出院指导是手术成功的重要组成部分。

    [Abstract]Objective Discusses the Idiopathic scoliosis deformity patients care. Methods Review in October 2005 to May 2011, for 10 cases I were "idiopathic scoliosis patients with" the clinical data. Results 10 cases of idiopathic scoliosis patients after the surgery, through the careful nursing all did not happen any complications. Conclusion For idiopathic scoliosis deformity of the patients should strengthen the psychological care, to prepare for the operation, pulmonary function training, skin care and diet nursing, well position on postoperative function exercise and discharge guidance is an important part of the operation is a success.
