[摘要] 目的：探讨如何提高ICU重症患者导管护理的安全性、有效性。方法：对2010年4月～2011年4月入住ICU患者338例，采用上海市护理质量控制中心提供的导管安全评估量表，进行导管风险评估，针对导管护理存在的问题采取相应的护理干预，制定相关护理措施。结果：338例患者通过评估，落实护理措施，安全度过手术期，未出现因导管护理不当所导致的各类并发症。结论：导管护理存在安全风险，建立科学的安全评估，落实有效的护理措施可提高导管护理的安全性和有效性。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore how to improve the safety and effectiveness of catheter care of ICU patients. MethodOn the August 2009 ~ March 2010 170 patients with ICU stay, with the Shanghai control center quality of care provided by the catheter safety assessment scales, risk assessment carried out catheter, to take the appropriate care and intervention for the problem of catheter care.
