[摘要]目的：探讨腹腔镜在阑尾切除术中的临床利用价值。方法：回顾分析2008年5月至2011年6月为患者施行72例腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果：除1例中转开腹外，余皆在腹腔镜下完成，均顺利恢复。结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全有效，具有创伤小、恢复快、美容效果佳等优点，值得广泛推广。

    [Abstrac]Objective: to explore the clinical value of laparoscope in appendectomy; Methods: retrospective analysis of clinical data of 72 laparoscopic appendectomies from May, 2008 to June, 2011; Results: except for one transfer to laparotomy, all were operated with laparoscopy and recovered smoothly; Conclusion: laparoscopic appendectomies is fully effective with advantages of less trauma, speedy recovery and better cosmetic result and worthy of wide extension.
