[摘要]目的：总结甲氨蝶呤配伍大剂量米非司酮用于异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：对我院2008年3月—2010年3月78例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，随机分为观察组和对照组，采用不同的用药方法，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组采用联合用药甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮，疗效明显优于对照组单一用药，成功率高。结论：甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效良好，疗程短，值得推广。

    [Abstract]Objective Summary compatibility methotrexate ectopic pregnancy dose mifepristone for clinical efficacy.Method Our hospital in March 2008 - March 2010 78 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, randomly divided into two groups and the control group, using different methods of treatment were compared treatment.
