[摘要]目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救措施与护理方法。方法：对我院2008年7月—2010年7月收治的80例急性有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过快速、有效的反复洗胃以及合理用药治疗，并配合科学的护理方法有效提高临床治愈率。结果：80例急性有机磷农药中毒患者中，通过有效及时的救治护理，74例患者治愈出院，6例重度中毒患者死亡，死亡率7.50%。结论：快速、有效、反复洗胃是抢救成功的关键，及时的抢救配合科学的护理可以有效的提高临床治愈率。

    [Abstract]Objective Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, first aid measures and methods of care. Method Our hospital in July 2008 -2010 July 80 admitted cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were retrospectively analyzed clinical data through fast, efficient and rational drug therapy repeated gastric lavage, and scientific methods of care with effective improve the clinical cure rate.
