[摘要]目的：对患有急性睾丸疾病的患者的超声诊断和鉴别的价值进行系统的研究。方法：抽取60例在我院就诊的经病理学检验和临床手术证实为急性睾丸疾病的临床确诊患者病例，采用超声影像技术对其进行诊断，将诊断的结果与病理学检验结果和手术结果进行对照分析。结果：超声影像将其中57例患者的病情准确检出，其诊断结果与病理和手术结果的符合率为95%。结论：采用超声技术对患有急性睾丸疾病的患者进行诊断，准确率很高，能够充分具体的反应患者病情，可以使误诊和漏诊率显著下降，但为了安全应在此基础上进行病理学检验。

[Abstract]Objective Suffering from acute testicular disease patients with ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of system research.MethodExtraction of 60 cases in our hospital by pathologic examination and clinical operation confirmed acute testicular diseases clinically diagnosed patients case.Using ultrasound imaging technology for the diagnosis, the diagnosis results with the pathological examination results and operation results were compared and analyzed.ResultUltrasound imaging will among them 57 patients whose condition accurately detected.The result of diagnosis and pathology and operation results the coincidence rate is 95%.ConclusionBy using ultrasonic technology on patients suffering from acute testicular disease diagnosis.The accuracy is very high.can make specific reaction patients.Can lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate drops significantly ......
