[摘要]目的：探讨纤丝速即纱在麦默通微创旋切术中的应用价值。方法：将2011年4月至2011年8月收治的99例乳腺肿块患者随机分入观察组和对照组：采用麦默通乳腺微创旋切系统，在超声引导下进行肿块切除，之后观察组置入纤丝速即纱，而对照组置入引流条，两组均进行弹力绷带包扎。结果：观察组较对照组术后血肿、皮下瘀斑、皮肤凹陷发生率明显减少。两组在手术时间、术中出血量方面无显著差异。结论：纤丝速即纱止血效果良好，值得推广应用。

[Abstract]Object:To explore the applications of surgicel fibrillar used in mammotome system. Methods:99 breast tumor patients were randomly pointed into the trial group and control group from April 2011 to September 2011. They all received MMT operation under ultrasound guidance.After the operation surgicel fibrillar was led into the cavity in trial group, whereas A drain had been left at the incision in the control group.
