[摘要]目的：观察四连康辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察。方法：将100例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为2组，治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组予利巴韦林抗病毒、蒙脱石散剂保护肠粘膜以及纠酸、补液等综合治疗，治疗组在对照组的综合治疗基础上，加用四连康口服。结果：治疗组有效率100%，对照组有效率92%，有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：四连康辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效满意。
