[摘 要] 目的：探讨下鼻甲手术的最佳方式，进一步明确功能性下鼻甲手术各种术式的适应症。方法：鼻内镜下功能性下鼻甲手术治疗98例下鼻甲病变。结果：所有病例术后随访1年。治愈率32.6%，显著改善率38.8%，改善率28.6%，总有效率100%，结论：鼻内镜下功能性下鼻甲手术为最佳下鼻甲手术方式，并且适应证广泛。
