[摘 要] 目的：探讨无菌处置后兔骨在人体重建椎扳的应用。方法：18例节段性腰椎管狭窄症患者，行全腰椎骨切除、用无菌处置后兔骨形成腰椎骨。术后随访0.5～3年，观察临床症状及CT、MRI表现。结论：无菌处置后兔骨能有效阻止硬膜外粘连，防止术后再狭窄，可用于节段性腰椎骨成形术。

    [Abstract] Objective After the disposal of sterile rabbit bone in the vertebral body reconstruction pull applications.Method 18 cases of segmental lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spine bone resection with total, after the rabbits with sterile disposal of lumbar spine bone bone formation. Patients were followed up 0.5 to 3 years, observation of clinical symptoms and CT, MRI performance. Conclusion Sterile rabbit bone after disposal can effectively prevent epidural adhesions and prevent restenosis, can be used for segmental lumbar bone angioplasty.
