[摘 要] 目的：评价江西省宜春市儿童碘营养状况，为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法：2011年在宜春市7县(市)35所小学采集700份8-10岁学生的尿样，用砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘。结果：700份尿样的尿碘中位数为244.9ug/L，尿碘≥100ug/L的尿样占87.86%(615/700)，其中尿碘≥300ug/L的尿样占32%(224/700)；尿碘<50ug/L的尿样占2.85%(20/700)。不同县市、不同性别、不同年龄组尿碘水平无差异(P>0.05)。结论宜春市各县(市)尿碘均达到消除碘缺乏病(IDD)的标准，但四成儿童尿碘值超过了适宜范围，建议宜春市碘盐浓度适当下调。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate iodine nutrition o f children in Yichun Municipal of Jiangxi Province and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders ( IDD) .
