[摘 要] 目的：应用超声中的血管回声跟踪(ET)技术评价高脂血症患者治疗前后血管弹性的价值。方法：选择我院2011年高脂血症患者50例，年龄30-60岁，男30例，女20例。分两组，药物治疗组，运动及饮食控制组。观察对比两组的临床各项指标。结果：药物治疗配合相应的运动和饮食干预，有助于患者病情的康复。结论：高脂血症患者的血脂及颈动脉血管弹性早期发现及干预是有效的，药物与运动及饮食均可干预及延缓了其硬化的进程。

    [Abstract] Objective The vascular ultrasound echo-tracking (ET) technology assessment in patients with hyperlipidemia before and after treatment of vascular elasticity value.Method 2011 in our hospital 50 patients with hyperlipidemia, age 30-60 years, 30 males and 20 females. Divided into two groups, treatment group, exercise and diet control group. Observed and compared two sets of clinical indicators. Result Drug treatment with the appropriate exercise and diet intervention to help the rehabilitation of the patient’s condition. Conclusion Lipids in patients with hyperlipidemia and carotid artery elasticity early detection and intervention is effective, drugs can interfere with exercise and diet, and delay its hardening process.
