摘要：目的：评估依从性干预对门诊血液透析患者的预后影响，为临床提供治疗依据。方法：选取成都铁路分局医院血液透析中心2011年1月-2012年1月门诊血液透析治疗一年以上的患者130例，按依从性好和依从性差分为观察组和对照组。回顾分析两组患者高血压、心力衰竭、高血钾症、内瘘闭塞等并发症和死亡情况。结果：观察组并发症、死亡率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：对门诊血液透析患者依从性的干预可以改善患者生活质量、降低医疗费用、减少并发症及死亡率。
