压脉带阻断子宫血流急救剖宫产术中大出血临床分析

【摘要】：目的：分析应用压脉带阻断子宫血流急救剖宫产术中大出血的临床应用效果。方法:选取2009年4月-2010年5月我院接受的50例采用压脉带阻断剖宫产术中子宫动脉大出血病例，同时选取51例采用传统方法进行止血的病例，对其临床基本资料进行回顾性分析。结果:压脉带组的止血时间和术中出血量均显著少于对照组,而术后24小时阴道流血量两组对比差异不显著。结论:在剖宫产术中采用压脉带阻断子宫大出血具有快速、操作简单且安全等优点，可以有效地减少出血量，避免失血性休克等情况的发生，值得进行临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:analysis applying pressure pulse blocking blood flow with the emergency cesarean section of the clinical application of intraoperative hemorrhage effect.
