护生实习初期积极性下降的相关因素(1)

【摘要】：目的：了解护生实习初期积极性下降的因素，提出对策。方法:自行设计调查表，对122名护生以无记名方式进行初期积极性下降的因素调查。结果:影响护生初期积极性下降的主要因素是实习前2周以见习为主，禁止进行技术性操作、受患者及家属的排斥、刚进入第一科室或转入下一科室的老师态度冷漠，不给予理论讲解和操作示范、做错了事受老师当众训斥、实习太苦太累等。结论:加强医院教育，加强实习护生的岗前培训，加强带教意识，提高带教老师积极性、带教水平及带教质量，可提高护生实习初期的积极性。
