【摘要】：目的：观察同种异体骨段移植修复良性骨肿瘤病灶清除术后骨缺损的愈合情况。方法：对发生在股骨粗隆部且确诊为骨囊肿、骨性纤维结构不良良性骨肿瘤的20例患者在肿瘤摘除后应用相同长度同种异体骨段移植修复骨缺损。随访时间8～24个月。结果：20例临床愈合。结论：同种异体骨段治疗股骨粗隆部良性骨肿瘤摘除术后骨缺损疗效可靠。
