    作者简介：张宪涛(1941-)，男，教授，研究生导师。摘要：为适应新时期人才培养的需求，全面提高大学生创新能力已成为高校教学改革的一个重要目标。本文探讨了医学实验教学对大学生创新能力的培养，并从实验室的硬件建设，实验室的软件建设即实验教学体系与方法的改革及实验室科学管理进行了论述。

    关键词：医学实验教学；大学生；创新能力Abstract：In order to adapt to the demand of development of talents in the new period, improving students’ innovation ability has become an important targets to transformation of college education.In this paper, we discussed the medical laboratory teaching method on development of college students’ innovation ability, and discussed from the aspect of the laboratory hardware contribution, the lab software contribution, that is the reform of experimental teaching system and methods, and the scientifically management of the laboratory.
