两种低温灭菌方法在供应室物品灭菌的选择运用(1)

     摘要:目的:比较两种低温灭菌方法,为腹腔器械临床使用选择最佳的灭菌方法。方法: 对过氧化氢等离子灭菌器、环氧乙烷灭菌器的灭菌时间、经济成本、环保和操作者满意度等方面进行比较选择。结果: 环氧乙烷灭菌穿透性强,监测手段完善,成本低,但灭菌时间长,有一定的毒性;过氧化氢等离子灭菌为新兴灭菌方法,速度快,不残留毒性物质,环保,但穿透性弱,灭菌范围窄。结论: 环氧乙烷灭菌适合于器械使用周期长,危险性情度高的物品的灭菌;过氧化氢等离子灭菌适合于紧急、连台手术,危险性情度低的物品的灭菌。

    Abstract:Objective: To select the best sterilization method for clinical usage of celiac instrument by comparing of two kinds of low temperature sterilization methods.Methods: Compare and select from sterilization time, economical cost, environmental protection as well as operator satisfaction of both ethylene oxide sterilizer and hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer.Results: Ethylene oxide sterilization has the characteristics of strong permeability, perfect detection means and low cost, however, it requires a long sterilization time and also contains certain toxicity; By comparison, hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization is a new method which has the advantages of fast speed, toxic substances residue-free and environmental-friendly, but it penetrates weakly and sterilizes in narrow range.Conclusion: Ethylene oxide sterilizer is suitable for the long using-period and high-risk sterilization, while hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer can be used in emergency continuous operations and low-risk sterilization. ......
