经直肠超声导向直肠途径125碘粒子植入治疗前列腺癌20例疗效观察

     摘要：目的：观察125碘治疗前列腺癌疗效。方法：20例前列腺癌患者，经直肠超声导向直肠途径，18GPTC穿刺针将125碘粒子植入前列腺病灶处。结果：治疗后1个月复查前列腺肿块明显缩小，血清PSA水平明显下降。

    Abstract:Objective:Observe 125 iodine therapy prostate cancer curative effect. Methods:20 cases of prostate cancer, Transrectal ultrasound guidance rectum way, 18 GPTC needle 125 iodine implanted in the case of the prostate. Results:After treatment, a month to review prostate mass decrease, Serum PSA level obviously decreased.
