摘要：目的：探讨利用固定正畸技术治疗上前牙埋伏阻生的临床效果。方法:选取12例前埋伏牙病例，根据埋伏尖牙牙根发育情况、医学影像检查以及临床检查，分析上颌前牙埋伏阻生原因，判明埋伏阻生牙的三维位置、阻生牙及周围软硬组织健康状况，运用固定正畸技术结合导萌法进行治疗矫治。结果:12 例上颌埋伏阻生前牙均顺利萌出到正常的牙龈位置，同时经过牙髓活力测试，显示正常。并没有观察搭配龈退缩、邻牙牙根吸收和支抗丧失等并发症。结论:应用固定正畸技术矫治埋伏阻生上颌前牙可以获得满意的疗效。
