摘要：现阶段，碎裂电位在房颤射频消融治疗中有着非常广泛的应用，并取得了比较好的成效。诸多研究表明，于永久性房颤中积极应用心房碎裂电位消融法，可有效提高患者房颤消融的效率，促进患者病情恢复。对此，笔者将针对碎裂电位，对其在房颤射频消融中的应用进展作出综述。
