【摘 要】目的：对比动态心电图及常规心电图检查老年冠心病心肌缺血和心率失常的临床价值。方法：选取本院2016年7月至2018年7月收治的64例老年冠心病，分为观察组及对照组各32例，分别对其进行动态心电图检查和常规心电图检查，分析检查结果。结果：观察组阳性诊断率为93.75%，明显高于对照组的62.50%，差异具有统计学意义；观察组房性心律失常阳性诊断率(93.75%)、室性心律失常阳性诊断率(83.33%)及房室传导阻滞阳性诊断率(75.00%)均高于对照组(62.50%，58.33%，50.00%)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：动态心电图检查在心肌缺血和心律失常两种诊断中，具有较高的准确率，相比对照组使用的常规心电图，更值得在临床推广。
