【摘 要】目的 ：探讨分析游离前臂皮瓣移植术修复舌口咽及颌面部组织缺损的临床价值。方法： 回顾性分析2016年12月-2017年12月至我院接受游离前臂皮瓣移植术修复舌口咽及颌面部组织缺损的25例患者临床资料，探讨其皮瓣移植成功率及并发症情况。结果： 25例患者经移植治疗后皮瓣均成活，成活率为100%；且所有患者移植后面部外形满意、面部功能恢复良好。结论： 于舌口咽及颌面部组织缺损患者中应用游离前臂皮瓣移植术具有显著效果，且在修复成功率及修复安全性方面较为可靠，可广泛应用于舌口咽及颌面部组织缺损患者面部修复中。
