【摘 要】目的：探讨对手术室专科护士进行核心培养的途径。方法：按照手术室专科护士核心培养根据不同平台护士的具体情况，制定培养计划并组织落实。结果：通过专科培养，手术室护理人员的专项业务素质显著提高。结论：重视和发展护士专科培养，有助于提高护理人员的社会适应能力和专业素质水平及自我成就感，增加其专业竞争力，进而促进手术科室护理工作的发展。
