【摘 要】目的：探討中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰的疗效观察。方法：回顾性分析我院2015年10月～2018年5月收治的慢性肾衰72例患者的临床资料，随机分为两组，对照组采取一般治疗，治疗组采取中药灌肠治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：经治疗1个月后，治疗组总有效率88.9% ；对照组总有效率61.1% 。两组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义(P
