【摘 要】目的：探讨活血通络方治疗淤积性皮炎的疗效观察。方法：回顾性分析我院2017-2018年收治的淤积性皮炎患者的临床资料，随机分为2组，对照组予以青霉素静滴抗炎及口服阿司匹林治疗。实验组予以青霉素静滴抗炎及活血通络方口服治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：实验组总有效率75%，对照组的45%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：抗生素联合活血通络方疗效上完全优于单纯抗生素及活血治疗，且临床上明显缩短疗程，值得临床推广。
