【摘 要】目的：对比观察上颌单前牙即刻种植修复与延期种植修复的美学效果。方法：选取我院上颌单前牙种植修复病例50例纳入研究，随机分为两组各25例，对照组25例均给予延期种植修复，观察组25例均给予即刻种植修复，于修复6个月后通过口内数码照片利用软组织美学度评分与ISO指数对评价两种修复方法的美学效果，同时评价两组种植修复效果。结果：观察组患者的软组织美学度与种植体稳定度评分均优于对照组，观察组种植体修复优良率96%明显高于对照组72%，两组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：上颌单前牙应用即刻种植修复的美学效果明显优于延期种植修复，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To compare the aesthetic effects of immediate implant restoration and delayed implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth. Methods： A total of 50 patients with maxillary single anterior teeth implants were enrolled in our study. They were randomly divided into two groups， 25 patients in each group， and 25 patients in the control group were given delayed implant repair. In the observation group， 25 patients were given immediate implant repair and 6 repairs. After the month， the soft tissue aesthetics score and the ISO index were used to evaluate the aesthetic effects of the two repair methods through digital photos in the mouth， and the effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results： The soft tissue aesthetics and implant stability scores of the observation group were superior to those of the control group. The excellent rate of implant repair in the observation group was 96% higher than that in the control group (72%). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion： The aesthetic effect of immediate implant restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth is significantly better than that of delayed implant restoration， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

    口腔种植技术是牙列缺損治疗的首选治疗方法，获取最佳的修复美学效果是现今临床研究的重点内容。上颌前牙利用常规种植修复时，患者缺牙时间均在6～8个月左右，严重影响个体美学效果^[1-2]。即刻种植修复技术的应用，可在短时间内快速修复患者缺损的上颌前牙，应用效果显著。为了进一步验证即刻种植修复与延期种植修复在上颌前牙修复中的美学效果，我院特选取50例上颌单前牙种植修复病例进行研究，现将研究结果整理汇报如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选取我院上颌单前牙种植修复病例50例纳入研究，纳入时间为2017年1月至2018年1月，均存在牙冠消失、牙齿缺损现象，无法采用保守治疗方式，知情自愿下签署知情同意书参与本组研究。随机将50例患者分为两组各25例，对照组中女性12例，男性13例，年龄21～56岁，平均年龄(34.58±4.67)岁，中切牙15例，侧切牙10例;观察组中女性14例，男性11例，年龄23～54岁，平均年龄(35.28±4.22)岁，中切牙17例，侧切牙8例;两组患者的临床资料比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(汤晓东)
