【摘 要】目的：探究分析疼痛护理配合临终关怀在晚期胃癌患者护理中的作用和效果。方法：选取我院在2016年-2018年期间所收治的共计100名患者作为研究对象，将患者按照随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理方式，观察组采用疼痛护理配合临终关怀。对两组患者的临床护理效果进行评估和统计。结果：观察组患者从临床护理完成后的相关护理效果来看，显著高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在临床上针对胃癌晚期患者来说，通过规范化的疼痛护理及临终关怀往往能够有效的提升患者的护理质量及满意度情况。

【Abstract】Objective： to explore the effect of pain nursing combined with hospice care in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： a total of 100 patients admitted in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the study subjects.
