【摘 要】目的：了解心理干预对喉癌手术患者SAS、SDS评分及术后恢复的作用。方法：将我院2016年8月到2018年12月的80例喉癌手术患者，随机分组，对照组给予常规护理，试验组采取心理干预。比较两组满意评分;术后恢复指标;护理前后SAS、SDS评分;术后并发症。结果：试验组满意评分、SAS、SDS评分、术后恢复指标、术后并发症对比对照组有优势，P<0.05。结论：喉癌手术患者实施心理干预效果确切。
