【摘 要】目的：了解针对性护理在ICU重症监护清醒患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将我院2016年9月到2018年12月的50例ICU重症监护清醒患者，随机分组，对照组予以传统干预，针对性护理组施行针对性护理。比较两组满意评分;ICU监护时间和治疗依从性;护理前后APACHEII评分和焦虑评分。结果：针对性护理组满意评分、APACHEII评分和焦虑评分、ICU监护时间和治疗依从性对比对照组有优势，P<0.05。结论：ICU重症监护清醒患者实施针对性护理效果明显，提升了满意度。
