【摘 要】目的：了解规范性护理在重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法：将我院2016年11月到2018年12月的80例重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者，随机分组，对照组予以传统干预，规范性护理组施行规范性护理。比较两组满意评分;肺炎症状控制时间、生化实验指标恢复正常时间;护理前后炎症指标。结果：规范性护理组满意评分、炎症指标、肺炎症状控制时间、生化实验指标恢复正常时间对比对照组有优势，P<0.05。结论：重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者实施规范性护理效果明显，提升了满意度。
