【摘 要】目的：对照研究阿戈美拉汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症效果。方法：随机选取我院2016年9月至2017年9月收治的86例老年抑郁症患者为本次临床研究资料，将其平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者使用帕罗西汀治疗，观察组患者使用阿戈美拉汀治疗。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率97.67%；对照组患者治疗总有效率86.05%。观察组患者不良反应率11.63%，对照组患者的不良反应率30.23%。结论：阿戈美拉汀治疗老年抑郁症见效快、临床治疗效果较好，不良反应也没有明显增加，安全性较高，适合应用在老年抑郁癥患者的临床治疗中。

    【Abstract】objective： to compare the effects of Agemeilating and paroxetine on senile depression. Methods： 86 elderly patients with depression admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly selected for this clinical study. They were divided into control group and observation group on average. Agemeilating was used in the control group. The observation group was used in the treatment group. Results： The total effective rate of treatment was 97.67 %. The total effective rate of treatment in control group was 86.05 %.
