【摘 要】蔗糖铁注射液是治疗缺铁性贫血的有效药物，适用于口服铁剂效果不好而需要静脉注射铁剂治疗的患者，但是铁剂易导致铁超负荷、血管氧化损伤，给患者带来了巨大的隐患。鉴于我科静脉注射蔗糖铁患者日益增多，早期预防能有效的防止静脉炎及外渗的发生，下面既是我科近期對于发生蔗糖铁外渗的处理。
