【摘 要】目的：分析针对性护理对产妇产后盆底功能康复治疗依从性的影响以及恢复效果。方法：选择盆底功能障碍产妇(200例)，选择时间为2019.1.22-2019.9.23，通过动态化随机分组的方式将选择例数分为2组，100例/组。分别给予常规护理、针对性护理，比较2组盆底肌肌力比较、治疗依从性。结果：观察组盆底肌肌力优于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：针对性护理对产妇盆底功能康复治疗依从性具有一定的影响，可提升恢复效果。
